N-deck plate
Use and features
- N-DECK PLATE The surface is smooth and flat, so installing of electricity, telephone and communication is feasible ; both ends prevent sliding of deck plate by PRESSING so safe construction is possiblecompression of END obliterates END-CLOSE, which shortens construction time, and flattened surface reduces the building height, minimizing construction cost. - N-DECK PLATE New form of composite structural deck platewith enhanced construction ability is madeby substituting wire welding, which is used to remove cracks in concrete in composite deck of N-deck plate with expanded metal and combining it with deck plate
- By forming the expanded metal into an integrated style, and combining the deck plate, spacer and expanded metal by welding and spreading concrete on top and completing the composite deck, the work process isstreamlined and work efficiency improves.

Use and features
Fire-resistant compositedeck plateintegrated with concrete to form a composite slab. No extra fire- proofing protection required to function as structure.
- General deck plates for molding have nocomposite effect(unlike composite slabs), so if deflection happens due to low adhesion, then deck and concrete slabs get separated and the slab composition does not work.
- The fire-resisting composite deck plate is a composite structure.To improve structural integrity by preventing sliding and separation ofdeck plate and concrete, the connection was made very efficient with a share connector and section shapewitha two level bend and embossing on the side. Deck plate covers tensile force and upper concrete covers compressive force.
